Terms and Conditions
- Course attendance is free of charge for all registered participants.
- Free attendance does not include access to any training materials, supplementary resources, or a training certificate. These services are offered optionally to those who wish to benefit from them in exchange for fees as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
- The total fee for the training materials and the training certificate is SAR 460, payable in a single payment.
- Eligibility to receive the training certificate is limited to participants who have paid the fees and fulfilled the attendance requirements stipulated in these Terms and Conditions.
- To qualify for the certificate, the participant must attend no less than 80% of the total training hours of the course, as recorded in the official attendance log approved by the Authority. The Authority bears no responsibility or liability in the event a participant is not awarded the certificate due to non-compliance with this condition or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- All fees paid are non-refundable.
- The Authority reserves the full and absolute right to amend, postpone, or cancel the training course at any time it deems appropriate, at its sole discretion and without the need to provide justification, and will notify registered participants through the available communication channels. The exercise of this right shall not give rise to any liability or obligation for compensation of any kind. In the event of full cancellation, the effect shall be limited to refunding the fees paid by registered participants who have completed payment, without any further rights or claims of any nature.
- Completion of registration constitutes an explicit acknowledgment by the participant that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions without any reservation.
